Who we are

Yieldex, of First Floor, 30 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, 2196, is responsible for the personal information described here. For anything about it, including requests to our Information Officer, email info@yieldex.co.za.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address and telephone number, your company if you add it, what brings you to us, an indicative size and a description of the opportunity. All of it is voluntary, but without a name and a way to reach you we can’t reply.

What this site doesn’t do

• It sets no cookies of its own.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• It loads fonts and images from our own server. The one outside script is Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check the enquiry form loads once you start filling it in.

Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to judge whether we can work together. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell, rent or share your details. If we go on to do business, anything further is covered by the terms of that engagement.

Who handles it for us

On the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated spam.

Enquiries reach us by email through Postmark, a delivery service operated by ActiveCampaign, LLC. Postmark keeps a copy of each message for 45 days, then deletes it.

Both companies are in the United States, so using them is a cross-border transfer of personal information. Each handles it under its data processing terms.

Enquiries are not stored on our web server. To stop abuse of the form, the server keeps a short-lived count of requests per connection, identified only by a one-way hash of the IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond and, if we do business together, for as long as the law requires us to keep records of it. If we don’t take things further, we don’t keep it longer than we need to.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email info@yieldex.co.za, or reply to any email from us.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the enquiry form accepts submissions only from this website.
